We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policies.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist activities.
- Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
