- Workforce Management: Assign daily tasks, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and track worker attendance. [1, 2, 3]
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). [1, 2, 3]
- Quality & Blueprints: Interpret architectural plans, drawings, and blueprints to verify that work meets building codes and quality standards. [1, 2, 3]
- Materials & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels, order building materials, coordinate deliveries, and minimize in office waste. [1, 2, 3]
- Reporting: Document daily progress, record safety incidents, and submit regular updates to the project manager or site engineer.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
