Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand and support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include planning and running campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing marketing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance. The Marketing Manager will oversee digital and traditional marketing activities, support customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities,



and preparing regular reports and presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in core marketing disciplines, such as campaign planning, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic analytics platforms).
- Strong skills in market research, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
- Ability to create clear, compelling marketing content and collaborate on promotional materials.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in consumer services or logistics in the Mumbai market is an advantage.
