Child Psychologist Responsibilities and Duties:

- Conduct psychological assessments to identify and diagnose emotional, behavioural, or developmental disorders in children.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each child, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
- Provide counselling and support to children and their families to help them manage their emotional or behavioural difficulties.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, teachers, and physicians, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor the progress of each child and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each child's treatment progress and communicate regularly with other professionals and caregivers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in child psychology and incorporate them into practice.
- Provide training and support to other professionals, such as teachers and speech therapists, occupational therapists on how to identify and manage emotional and behavioural difficulties in children.

Academic Qualification:

- Should be Postgraduate -M.Phil. with RCI License (Must) with Paediatric Experience,



Advance Diploma in Guidance and Counselling

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- A M. Phil degree in Clinical psychology, with extensive experience in child psychology from a recognized university.
- RCI Licence to practise as a psychologist.
- Extensive knowledge of child development, emotional and behavioural disorders, and evidence-based treatments for children.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex psychological concepts to children and their families in an understandable way.
- Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help children and families in need.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we are looking for?

- At least relevant two plus years of Paediatric Clinical Psychologist Experience is must.
- Strong competency and knowledge of clinical implementation of evidence-based practices such as Trauma informed therapies, CBT, MBCT, DBT etc.
- Should have a robust desire and the ambition to integrate evidence-based clinical practices with latest technologies that will improve the quality-of-care 5X for patients.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial bent and can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage and navigate ambiguity and uncertainty acting as a leader.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
