Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance incentive

Job type: Full time, 6 days a week including Saturday and Sunday, with a weekday off. Day shift.

About us

Waveline Sports runs the Michael Phelps Swimming Program in India — a structured, level-based learn-to-swim programme operating across 30+ centres in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Indore and Kolkata. Our students are mostly children aged 4 to 16, along with adult fitness swimmers.

The role

You sit at the centre and you are the first person a parent meets. Your job is to convert walk-ins, calls and enquiries into enrolled students, and to keep existing parents renewing. This is a sales role on a pool deck, not a desk job.

What you’ll do

- Attend to every walk-in parent — explain the programme, levels, batch timings and fees, and take them around the facility
- Call and follow up on every enquiry the same day it comes in
- Book and confirm trial sessions with a fixed date and time, and make sure the parent actually turns up
- Close admissions and complete the enrolment, documentation and payment
- Call existing parents before their package expires and get the renewal done
- Reactivate parents whose children have stopped coming
- Update every lead, trial and payment in the CRM the same day




- Coordinate with the Head Coach and centre team on batch availability and slotting
- Push camps, workshops and seasonal campaigns to the existing parent base
- Meet a monthly admission and revenue target

What we’re looking for

- 1–4 years in sales or counselling — education, fitness, gym or club memberships, healthcare, retail, or any face-to-face sales role
- Comfortable talking to parents and closing a decision in the room
- Fluent in English and Hindi; the local language of the city is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with a CRM, WhatsApp and basic Excel
- Willing to work weekends — Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days and are non-negotiable
- Graduate preferred, not essential if you can sell

Nice to have

- Experience selling to parents of school-age children
- Any background in sports, fitness or aquatics
- Swimming ability is a plus, not a requirement
