Foxx Life Sciences is a world leader in custom single-use systems (SUS) including tubing, bag, bottle, flask and carboy assemblies, filtration, fluid management, laboratory safety products, and glassware for the research, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries.

Foxx is currently looking for Design Engineer for Single Use Systems, Injection Molding, Laboratory products. for our Rajabolram, Medchal, Telangana office.

Responsibilities

- Analyzes product specifications and requirements to determine designs.

- Preparation of product or system layout and detailed drawings and schematics

- Complies and analyzes operational, test and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified products.

- Plans and develops experimental test programs.

- Handle end to end New Product development process.

- Sound knowledge of Plastic material & properties.

- Good understanding on Manufacturing process- Plastic Welding, Drilling, Turning, CNC-VMC

- Manage multiple complex projects at the same time.

- Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer responsibilities.

- Develop prototyping.

- Identified and built supplier base, negotiation with suppliers/vendors.

- Define and set Cost BOM

- Documentation and certification for New / Modified products

- Analyzes test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications • Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.

- Maintain a log of product communications.





- Maintain a project book containing the documentation directed by management.

- Supports the preparation of quotations as required.

- Responsible to support Department Quality System and follow any procedures or work instructions provided for assigned projects.

Qualifications:

- SolidWorks expertise.

- Maximum 4years’ experience in engineering and project management.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.

- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

- Hands on experience on drawing update & maintain designs & ECN process, understanding of BOM.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking, problem solving skills.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)

Education & Experience Required:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree

- CAD experience

- Proficient in Solid works

- Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
