CNC Service Technicians: Faridabad (independent, flexible hours)

Ustaro is a current app that connects factories with verified technicians when a machine breaks down. We are launching in Faridabad and are selecting our first CNC technicians. You go to the factory when a job comes in, fix the machine, and get paid.

What you do

- Visit factories in Faridabad (Sector 24, 25, 27, NIT, Ballabgarh, IMT and nearby) for CNC breakdowns
- Diagnose alarms and faults, then send your price in the app before starting
- Repair and get the machine running again

What you get

- Keep 100% of what you earn. You set your price; the factory pays you directly (cash or UPI). No commission.
- No joining fee, ever.
- Choose your own hours. Go online when you're free: weekends, evenings or full-time.
- Jobs near you. Get work from factories close to where you are.
- Early technicians get jobs first as factories join.

Who we need

- 2+ years hands-on in CNC maintenance or service (VMC, CNC lathe or turning centre, HMC)
- Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi or Haas controls
- Alarm diagnosis,



servo and spindle drives, ATC, parameters, basic electrical
- Own two-wheeler, basic tools and multimeter, Android smartphone
- Aadhaar, PAN and a bank account in your own name (for verification)

Please note: this is independent work paid per job, not a salaried job. How many jobs you get depends on bookings; we are just starting.
