Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

- Achievement of Monthly OIT, Sales, LTO and AR targets by executing initiatives rolled out by the SBU
- Grow revenue from existing Tele sales OEMs, acquire new OEMs by executing value added activities for retention/penetration through various leads allocation.
- Achieve OIT, Net Sales & AR targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis.
- Achieve activities goals as per guidelines (Demo/e Demo, Seminar/e Seminar, Customer visits, etc) for target accounts and generate leads.
- Value sell by leveraging high quality sales toolsand convert self generated and marketing leads. Ensure timely response to marketing leads.
- Achieve price realization goals
- Timely and complete data entry in CRM (Activities, opportunities, Leads, Won/Lostorders etc).
- Achieve cross leads generation goals.
- Work with service team to brickwall all accounts and monitor/improve customer satisfaction.
- Daily/ Weekly reporting on Telesales activities
- Quarterly Pan India Refinish account visits/ OEM visits to NW/W2/W1 on Need basis
- Responsible for Products Loadcells. Weigh modules, Paint scales, APW, IO link , Weighing automation terminal
- Target segmentsPharma,Food,Chemical, Manufacturing, Automotive

What You Need to Succeed

- Qualifications and Technical Skills: BE/Diploma - Instrumentation/Electronics or Bsc. In Electronics.
- Proficient in using CRM and/or an ERP system .



Post graduate qualification in management will be an added advantage
- Overall and Specific Experience:4-5 Years in Tele sales of Capital equipments/ Automation products
- Knowledge of Automation, Process or Packaging equipment industry will be an added advantage
- Past exposure to consultative/value selling of capital equipment/Automation products. Exposure to automotive industry will be added advantageSAP/CRM or ERP system knowledge is must
