Project Role Description : Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments. Deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solutions cost of ownership, and promote a transparent and consistent business vision through technical architectures.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures.
- Document and communicate architectural decisions and guidelines to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles and best practices related to SharePoint environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability within SharePoint architectures.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SharePoint environments, including security and compliance considerations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SharePoint and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
