OCC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and confident Sales Executives to join its recruitment business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring current clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships for recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify companies looking for recruitment and staffing services.
- Contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Pitch the company's recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and decision-makers.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate recruitment service fees and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements.
- Maintain client databases, lead records, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates or candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and build a career in sales are welcome.
- Experienced candidates in sales,



business development, recruitment sales, or staffing services are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Training & Joining Process For Freshers

Freshers are welcome to apply.

A one-month training period will be provided to help candidates understand the recruitment sales process, lead generation, client communication, and business development.

Based on performance and successful completion of training, candidates will be hired for a full-time position.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with relevant experience can join directly.

No training period is required for experienced candidates.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000.
