We are looking for a recruiter with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closures.

- Sitecore Developers
- QA Engineers
- Data Scientists
- Cloud Engineers
- Software Engineers

Candidate engagement & follow-ups

Ability to manage multiple technical requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining




- Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and assess technical fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Drive candidates through offer negotiation and closure
- Maintain regular candidate engagement and follow-ups
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures
