- Required Skills: Proven experience as a Bench Sales RecruiterStrong understanding of US staffing processesHands-on experience with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC consultant marketingExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet submission targets
