Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, and create high-quality reels, videos, and visual creatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, video editing, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars.
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Design creative posts, carousels, stories, and other visual content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral reels, audio, and content formats.
- Develop creative ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and create relevant company content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.




- Ensure consistency in brand identity, content quality, and posting schedules.
- Explore new content strategies to promote the company's services, projects, and workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 years experienced
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in social media management and content creation is preferred.
- Strong skills in reel creation, video shooting, and video editing.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar editing software.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Creative thinking, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of reels, videos, social media posts, or previous campaigns will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and creative individual who can independently handle social media management, generate fresh content ideas, and transform them into engaging reels, videos, and posts that strengthen the company's online presence.
