- 6 to 8 years of experience in Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or vehicle systems/component manufacturing environments, with proven exposure to cost optimization and product engineering activities.
- Experience in BOM Analysis, Design Engineering, Material and Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Product Costing, Supply Chain, and Supplier Development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Reduction, Value Analysis (VA), Value Engineering (VE), and Product Cost Optimization methodologies.
- Experience in BOM Analysis, Product Costing, Material and Manufacturing process optimization.
- Good understanding of automotive systems manufacturing quality, design standards, Teardown, benchmarking, and reverse engineering
- Ability to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through material substitution, design optimization, localization, process improvements,



and supplier development initiatives.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Injection Molding, Metal Stamping, Welding, Assembly, Painting, and Surface Finishing.
- Ability to Analyze engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, and technical standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, technical documentation, project tracking, and preparation of reports and savings dashboards.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and collaborate with global teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
