Key Responsibilities – CNC Plasma Cutting Operator

1. Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut metal sheets and plates as per specifications.

2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, cutting layouts, and dimensions.

3. Set machine parameters, cutting speed, torch height, and plasma pressure.

4. Load and position metal sheets properly before cutting.

5. Monitor cutting operations and ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

6. Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.

7. Inspect finished components for defects, burrs, and dimensional deviations.

8. Follow safety procedures while handling metal sheets and operating machinery.

9. Maintain production targets and minimize material wastage.

10. Keep the machine and workstation clean and maintain daily production records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
