Job Description:

Emversity is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Embryology Trainer to join its academic team. The role involves delivering theoretical and practical training in Embryology, developing academic content, designing curricula, and creating educational videos to support student learning and maintain consistent training standards across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions covering Embryology concepts and procedures.
- Develop syllabi, lesson plans, course modules, and structured academic frameworks.
- Prepare study materials, presentations, question banks, quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Record educational teaching videos and create digital learning content for students and trainers.
- Simplify complex scientific and clinical concepts through effective teaching methods and practical demonstrations.
- Develop standardized training materials and guidelines for faculty across locations.
- Mentor students, assess their conceptual understanding, and evaluate practical laboratory performance.
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of trainers and conduct academic workshops.
- Review and update curriculum based on learner feedback and developments in the field.

Eligibility Criteria:





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Embryology or a related clinical specialization.
- Relevant practical experience in Embryology, IVF, or clinical laboratory settings is preferred.
- Experience in teaching, academic training, or curriculum development is desirable.

Required Skills:

- Strong subject knowledge in Embryology and IVF.
- Good classroom teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Curriculum development, instructional writing, and academic content creation skills.
- Comfortable recording educational videos and presenting on camera.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with IVF laboratory procedures and clinical practice.
- Experience in educational video creation or e-learning content development.
- Experience in trainer onboarding, faculty mentoring, or academic workshops.
