Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Work on bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer to identify relevant projects. Assist in client acquisition, follow-ups, and relationship management. Communicate with prospective clients through emails, calls, and skilled messages. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions. Maintain lead records and follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients. Support the sales team in achieving business development targets.

Requirements:




Freshers with a strong interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition are encouraged to apply. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research. Willingness to learn bidding platforms, lead generation, and sales techniques. A proactive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset. Knowledge of IT services or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
