Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally driven, high-capacity Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) to scale our global operations. You will act as the operational backbone, translating our multi-vertical vision into flawless execution. This is a high-stakes leadership role requiring relentless dedication, deep technical literacy, and cross-border management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Global Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations across all 14 verticals and 20+ countries, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution and localized compliance.
- AI & Automation Scaling: Drive the integration and deployment of AI agents,



cybersecurity automation, and digital marketing workflows across internal and client-facing systems.
- Executive HR & Governance Automation: Implement automated frameworks for executive communications, Board of Directors meetings, and global recruitment pipelines.
- Strategic Growth Execution: Partner closely with the CEO to expand market share, optimize resource allocation, and mentor emerging business units.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from a premier institution.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with specialized expertise in AI, AI automation, digital marketing ecosystems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Work Ethic: Renowned for being fiercely hardworking, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure global startup environment.
- Global Mindset: Proven track record of managing distributed teams and operations across international markets.

What specific strategies would you like to prioritize first in scaling our AI automation verticals?

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
