Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and increase brand awareness through field activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to identify and generate new leads.
- Promote company products/services to potential customers.
- Meet prospective customers and explain product/service benefits.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct market surveys and collect information about competitors and customer requirements.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and company information.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits, leads, and customer interactions.
- Attend promotional events, exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing activities.




- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Provide regular feedback to the management regarding market trends and customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or customer handling will be an advantage.
