We are looking for an experienced Paramedical Counsellor to guide students regarding paramedical and healthcare courses. The candidate will handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about paramedical courses.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in counselling/admission.
- Experience in paramedical, nursing, healthcare, or education sector preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
