We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) End User Trainer to conduct online training sessions for students. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SAP EAM processes, a clear understanding of the course syllabus, and the ability to explain concepts effectively through practical examples and demonstrations.

Candidates with relevant SAP EAM industry experience and strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply, even if their formal training experience is limited.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online training sessions covering the SAP EAM End User syllabus.

- Explain SAP EAM concepts and workflows using practical examples and system demonstrations.

- Guide students through equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, preventive maintenance, and maintenance execution.

- Cover relevant topics such as measuring points, measurement documents, spare parts, maintenance BOMs, and SAP EAM reporting.

- Encourage student participation and provide transparent explanations of technical and functional concepts.

- Address student questions and clarify doubts related to the course topics.

- Coordinate class schedules and maintain effective communication with students throughout the training period.

- Monitor student understanding and provide guidance to help them achieve the intended learning outcomes.





- Ensure classes are conducted in a structured, interactive, and skilled manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good knowledge of SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance processes, preferably in an end-user environment.

- Practical exposure to SAP EAM transactions, workflows, or maintenance operations.

- Ability to explain concepts clearly and demonstrate relevant processes in SAP.

- Good verbal communication and student engagement skills.

- Ability to respond to student queries and provide appropriate subject-related guidance.

- Good coordination, time management, and class management skills.

- A professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to scheduled training sessions.

Experience Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or conducting professional learning sessions is preferred.

- Candidates with relevant SAP EAM practical experience and robust syllabus knowledge may also apply.

- Industry professionals with the ability to mentor students and deliver effective online training are welcome.
