Namestrings is a personalized gifting brand. We make pieces that carry a name, a date or a story, and people gift them for the moments that matter. We're growing quickly, and most of that growth comes from the ads we make.

The role
You'll come up with ad ideas, shoot them and edit them. There are no content calendars and no posting schedules. Your whole job is making videos and images that make someone stop scrolling and feel something.

What you'll do

- Come up with new ad concepts and hooks every week
- Plan things with the Videographer
- Edit them into finished ads, both videos and statics
- Brief UGC creators and our agency when an idea needs them
- Watch which ads work, learn why, and make the next one better

Who this is for

- You're full of ideas, and you notice why a reel works when others just watch it
- You know Instagram inside out: formats, sounds, pacing and what's working right now
- You can shoot and edit well on your own, in whichever app you're quickest with




- You don't need ads experience, because we'll teach you that side
- You don't need a degree or a minimum number of years. Freshers, creators and self-taught content creator are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vashi, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
