Key Responsibilities

Sales Caller Duties

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Promote company products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets

Social Media Manager Duties

- Manage and grow company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)




- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and basic promotional content
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly
- Monitor engagement, followers, and basic analytics

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing or online sales
- Familiarity with Excel and call tracking tools
- Basic graphic or video editing skills in
