Role: Reservation Staff
What You Will Do:
- Handle Resort Bookings: Seamlessly manage and process holiday reservations.
- Customer Support & Engagement: Field inquiries, provide tailored travel info, and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between our corporate resort partners and valued clients to ensure seamless trips.
What We Are Looking For:
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using booking tools/spreadsheets.
