1. Position Summary

The Manager – Finance & Commercial will lead financial management, commercial strategy, purchase procurement, vendor management, and banking documentation for infrastructure projects. This role demands a strong financial background, proficient computer skills, excellent written and verbal English, and proven experience in construction cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Finance, Purchase & Procurement activities, including vendor management and rate negotiation
- Monitor cost control, vendor payments, and outstanding coordination
- Handle banking, legal, and commercial documentation
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, general administration, and project site coordination

Skills & Competencies Required





- Commercial & Financial Skills: Cost Control, Budgeting, Procurement, Vendor Negotiation, Financial Reporting, Contract Management.
- Technical & Computer Skills: Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MIS Reporting, Tally/ERP software, Digital Document Management.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Soft Skills: Team Management, Strategic Planning, Negotiation, Multi-site Coordination.
- Educational Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA in Finance (or equivalent).
- Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Commercial, or Procurement within the Infrastructure / Road & Highway Construction sector.
- Work Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site).

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
