Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista who has hands-on experience operating semi-automatic coffee machines and preparing a variety of coffee beverages, desserts, and quick snacks. The ideal candidate should have good beverage preparation skills, knowledge of food handling, and the ability to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee and espresso-based beverages using a semi-automatic coffee machine.
- Operate the coffee machine, grinder, and other café equipment efficiently.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, including cappuccino, latte, americano, and other coffee varieties.
- Prepare and serve desserts such as brownies, pastries, and other bakery products.
- Prepare quick snacks such as Maggi and other basic café food items.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion sizes, and product quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, kitchen equipment, and work area.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, desserts,



and other ingredients.
- Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide good customer service and ensure timely order preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Barista.
- Mandatory experience operating a semi-automatic coffee machine.
- Good knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee-making techniques.
- Experience preparing or serving desserts, especially brownies and pastries.
- Knowledge of preparing Maggi and basic café snacks.
- Understanding of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
