A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

1. Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment, dimensions, and setting out.
- Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets project standards.
- Monitor concrete pouring, reinforcement fixing, formwork, masonry, plastering, and finishing works, as applicable.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Check material requirements and coordinate material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Identify site issues, resolve technical problems, and report major concerns to the project manager.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality checks.




- Maintain records of labour attendance, material consumption, and work progress.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Assist in preparing quantity measurements, bills, and subcontractor work certifications.

2. Technical Responsibilities

- Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Carry out site measurements and quantity calculations.
- Verify reinforcement details, concrete grades, and construction dimensions.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with surveyors for setting out and level checking.
- Monitor testing of construction materials and concrete, where applicable.
- Report drawing conflicts and obtain clarification from the concerned consultant or engineer.
- Maintain inspection checklists and quality documentation.

3. Qualifications and Skills

Educational qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, depending on the project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
