Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary, culturally sharp AI Video Creator Intern who knows how to bend generative video and multimedia tools to their will. You will work directly with our leadership team to conceptualize, prompt, and produce world-class social media ads, reel campaigns, and product explainers (modeled after Cannes-winning ad standards and top global brand aesthetics).

This is not a traditional video editing role. You will master state-of-the-art AI video pipelines (such as Google Vids, Runway, Sora-class tools, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to produce minimal, high-concept, narrative-driven commercials.

Key Responsibilities

- Generative Video Production: Prompt, generate, and assemble high-retention video content (9:16 vertical reels, short-form specs) using cutting-edge AI video and image generation platforms.
- Storyboarding & Scripting: Translate complex enterprise IT and Agentic AI concepts into witty, highly relatable, minimalist storytelling scripts.
- Character & Visual Continuity: Maintain strict visual consistency, framing, and color grading across multi-scene AI-generated video assets.
- Post-Production & Polish:



Handle audio design, voiceover synchronization, subtitles, and final grading to ensure agency-grade finish.
- Trend Research: Keep a pulse on global advertising trends, high-end brand aesthetics (e.g., Sony, Apple, top Indian TV campaigns), and emerging AI video tools.

What We Are Looking For

- A portfolio showcasing original video pieces, AI-generated commercials, or motion design projects that prove your aesthetic eye.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI video/image generation tools (Google Vids, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
- Basic proficiency in standard editing suites (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve) for final stitching and sound design.
- Solid narrative instincts: You understand pacing, deadpan humor, and minimalist visual communication.
- Based in or willing to coordinate out of Kolkata.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
