Job Description
We are hiring an Agency Listings Executive to improve the company's online visibility by managing existing agency profiles, discovering new business listing opportunities, and maintaining accurate company information across agency directories, review websites, and service marketplaces.

The role focuses on getting the company listed on relevant platforms, improving profile completeness, managing verification requirements, and identifying opportunities to generate business enquiries through agency listings. Candidates with experience in directory management, agency profile creation, or online business listings are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update company profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms
- Research and identify new agency directories, business listing websites, review platforms, service marketplaces, and industry-specific listing opportunities
- Create and complete company profiles on relevant platforms to expand the company's online presence
- Maintain accurate company information, service descriptions, portfolios, case studies, reviews, credentials, and contact details across listings
- Improve profile completeness, category selection, service information, and presentation to strengthen visibility on relevant platforms
- Identify and apply for suitable agency directories, partner directories, industry awards, badges, and recognition opportunities
- Manage profile verification, certification, and listing approval requirements where applicable
- Monitor listing status, approvals, profile performance, incoming enquiries,



and business opportunities
- Respond to relevant enquiries received through agency directories and listing platforms
- Maintain organized records of directory research, profile submissions, approvals, updates, and leads generated

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Agency Listings, Directory Management, Business Listings, Company Profile Management, Digital Marketing, or Online Visibility is preferred.
