Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and build an active online community. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and industry-related content.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create creative content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Implement strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.




- Monitor competitors and identify recent social media opportunities.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, guidelines, and marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and current social media trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
