About the Company

Southasian Chemtech Private Limited is engaged in the construction chemicals industry under the JOINTSEAL brand, offering products such as tile adhesives, tile grouts, waterproofing solutions, tile-cleaning products, and other construction chemicals.

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Area Sales Executive with relevant industry experience to develop our dealer and distributor network and drive sales growth in Raigad and surrounding markets.

Industry Experience – Mandatory Preference

Candidates with sales experience in any of the following industries will be given priority:

- Tile Adhesives, Tile Grouts and Construction Chemicals
- Paints and Paint Products
- Adhesives, Fevicol, Industrial or Consumer Glues
- Cement and Building Materials
- Waterproofing Chemicals and Solutions
- Tile Cleaners, Tile Care and Surface Treatment Products

Important: Candidates must have relevant field sales experience in at least one of the above industries. Experience in dealer and distributor handling, retailer development, contractor networking, or building material sales will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network for JOINTSEAL products in the assigned territories.




- Generate primary and secondary sales through dealers, retailers, contractors, tile layers, applicators, builders, and other relevant trade channels.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to increase market coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, hardware shops, tile shops, paint shops, and construction material outlets.
- Promote JOINTSEAL Tile Adhesives, Tile Grouts, Waterproofing Products, Tile Cleaners, and Construction Chemicals.
- Build strong business relationships with dealers, contractors, applicators, builders, architects, and other market influencers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand product distribution in the assigned territory.
- Collect market orders, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain healthy dealer relationships.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, market demand, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to support product sales and generate enquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Submit daily sales reports, market visit details, sales performance,



and competitor feedback to the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in tile adhesives, construction chemicals, paints, adhesives/glues, cement, waterproofing, tile cleaners, or related building material products.
- Proven experience in dealer, distributor, or retailer handling is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Ability to generate new business, develop distribution networks, and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

- Monthly Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
