We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Engineering Graduates (Freshers) to join our organization as Testing Engineer Interns. The candidate will support battery testing activities, including charge/discharge testing, capacity testing, performance evaluation, and cycle testing of battery packs.
The selected candidate will gain practical experience in battery testing equipment, electrical measurements, Battery Management Systems (BMS), data analysis, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform battery pack charge/discharge, capacity, performance & cycle tests.
- Set up and operate testing equipment.
- Monitor voltage, current & temperature.
- Record test data and prepare test reports.
- Support BMS and functional testing.
- Identify abnormalities and report issues.
- Follow SOP, safety & testing procedures.
- Basic electrical/electronics knowledge.
- Ability to use multimeter, power supply & electronic load.
- Basic MS Excel/data analysis skills.
- Positive attention to detail and documentation.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.

- Complete tests accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper test records and traceability.
- Follow battery safety requirements strictly.
- Identify and escalate abnormal conditions.
- Develop capability to independently handle routine testing.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechatronics or
related field.
