The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
* Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication.
* Meet assigned performance targets and follow company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
* Qualification:
Graduate in any stream.
* Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
* Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
