Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to handle offline marketing activities, coordinate with marketing executives, and drive business growth through field marketing, promotional campaigns, and local market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute offline marketing activities to promote the company and its services.
- Coordinate and supervise marketing executives to ensure effective execution of field marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporate clients, travel agencies, local businesses, and other potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct field visits, promotional campaigns, and direct marketing activities.
- Assign marketing targets to executives, monitor their performance, and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.




- Track daily activities, field visits, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports to the management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve marketing performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct marketing, offline marketing, or field sales.
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing marketing executives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan field activities, manage a team, and achieve sales targets.
- Valuable knowledge of local markets and business development strategies.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities as required.
