Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Room Fitter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for tool manufacturing, assembly, fitting, repair, and maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform marking, cutting, filing, drilling, tapping, reaming, grinding, and fitting operations.
- Manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain the required tolerances.
- Identify and troubleshoot tool-related problems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of tools and equipment.




- Maintain quality standards and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Keep the tool room clean, organized, and protected.

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Fitter, Tool & Die Making, or a related mechanical field.
- Relevant experience in tool room fitting is preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, precision measuring instruments, and fitting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
