Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Indian First Commi who can prepare quality Indian food and manage daily kitchen preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Indian curries, gravies, vegetables and other dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Manage ingredient preparation and cooking.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Indian kitchen preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Indian cuisine.
- Ability to manage kitchen work efficiently.
