We are hiring Insurance Sales Executives for an exciting opportunity in BTM Layout, Bangalore. Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with sales or telesales experience are welcome to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain insurance products, features, benefits, and coverage.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate sales.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Freshers can apply.
- Telesales or sales experience is preferred.
- Previous insurance sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a target-driven sales role.
Salary and Incentives
- Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC, depending on communication skills.
- Experienced Sales Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC, depending on experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives with high earning potential.
