Job Title: Bid Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Reporting To: General Manager

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration to manage end-to-end tendering, estimation, costing, and technical-commercial proposal preparation for HVAC, Refrigeration, and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete bidding process, from tender review to submission and project handover.
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing models, BOQs/BOMs, and technical-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
- Review tender specifications, identify project risks, and ensure compliance.
- Support client negotiations and develop competitive,



profitable bids.

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or MEP.
- Solid expertise in tendering, estimation, project costing, and bid management.
- Experience in Naval Defence, Marine, Shipbuilding, Offshore, or Industrial projects is preferred.
- Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
