About the Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to look after our government project sites (roads, bridges,Buildings etc.) and handle site measurements and basic site engineering work.
What You Will Do
- Plan and supervise day-to-day site work as per drawings, specifications and schedule
- Lead labour, subcontractors and work gangs
- Set out work on site accurately as per drawings
- Ensure quality standards and required testing are met at every stage
- Manage materials, stock and wastage
- Take site measurements and prepare quantities and bills in line with government procedures
- Coordinate with department engineers, consultants and clients
- Ensure safe working practices on site
What We Are Looking For
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Must)
- 2-5 years of site experience,
preferably in government, road, bridge or building projects
- Ability to read drawings and execute work independently
- Working knowledge of measurement book (MB), RA bill procedures and PWD SOR
- Proficiency in MS Excel; basic AutoCAD
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Willingness to travel between sites; valid two-wheeler licence required
