We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Statutory Audit team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage audit assignments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute statutory audit assignments for clients across various industries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant auditing standards.
- Review financial statements, books of accounts, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate internal financial controls and identify potential risks,



control weaknesses, and process gaps.
- Perform audit procedures, including vouching, verification, analytical reviews, and substantive testing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other relevant financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review audit working papers, audit documentation, and financial statements.
- Identify audit observations, discuss findings with clients, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with client finance teams to obtain audit evidence and resolve audit queries.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports, management letters, and other audit deliverables.
- Manage audit timelines, monitor assignment progress, and ensure timely completion of engagements.
- Supervise and guide audit team members, where applicable.
