We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Candidates with hands-on experience in C2C, W2, and US IT recruitment are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions, client requirements, and candidate qualification criteria.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Develop effective Boolean search strings to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
- Communicate with candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients or vendors within the required turnaround time.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates, salary expectations, and contract terms as applicable.
- Maintain solid relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal account managers.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS databases.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, and other IT roles.
- Experience with C2C and W2 hiring models.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, resume sourcing, and candidate screening.
- Familiarity with US work authorization categories and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Robust time management, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
- Familiarity with ATS tools, recruitment databases, and reporting trackers.
- Experience handling urgent requirements and time-sensitive submissions.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve recruitment targets.
