- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, counseling, and maintaining a positive work workplace.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies skills, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience (2 - 5 years) retail industry HR is preferable
- Willing to relocate to Ramanathapuram
