We are hiring Performance Marketer /Growth Marketer for one of our esteemed clients in the Pharma industry, based in Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a data-driven growth marketer who can blend performance marketing,branding, and AI tools to drive measurable business outcomes. You should be comfortable working with numbers, experimenting fast, and using tools like Claude to scale execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing (Core)

● Run and optimize campaigns on:

○ Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

○ Google Ads

● Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, and scaling strategies

● Build funnels

● Continuous A/B testing (creatives, copy, landing pages)

2. Branding + Creative Strategy

● Develop ad angles, hooks, and messaging

● Work on brand storytelling (not just direct response)





● Guide creative team for:

○ Static ads

○ Video ads

○ UGC-style content

3. AI-Driven Execution

● Use Claude / AI tools for:

○ Ad copy generation

○ Creative ideation

○ Landing page drafts

○ Data analysis summaries

● Build repeatable workflows using AI (prompt systems)

4. Analytics & Numbers (Very Important)

● Track and analyze:

○ CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, ROAS, Impression Share, Video Completion

● Work with:

○ Google Analytics

○ Google Sheets

● Identify scaling opportunities and leakages

● Make decisions based on data, not assumptions

5. Experimentation & Scaling

● Launch recent creatives/videos

● Identify winners and scale aggressively

● Kill underperforming campaigns quickly

● Build playbooks for repeatable growth

Mandatory

Should have a good experience in performance marketing, especially Meta ads and Google Ads.

Should have experience in optimizing the paid ads
