The job
Call manufacturing companies from a list we give you, find out whether they’re a fit, and pass the right ones to our sales coordinator, who books the meeting. You won’t be quoting prices or handling technical questions — those go to our technical team.
Day to day
- Outbound calls to manufacturers across India
- A short set of qualifying questions on each call
- Log every call. If it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen
- Send follow-up material on WhatsApp
- Calls are recorded and reviewed with you weekly so we can keep sharpening how you say things
Measured on
Calls made · Leads qualified · Qualified leads that become booked meetings
We’re looking for
- Strong spoken English and Hindi — both matter, you’ll need to switch between them on the same day
- Comfortable calling a factory and asking for the purchase or production head
- Doesn’t take rejection personally — most calls go nowhere, that’s normal
- Reliable with records. Basic Excel or Google Sheets
- 1–4 years of calling experience
