Job Description – Fabrication Welder

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fabrication Welder with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial fabrication, welding, and assembly work. The candidate should be capable of performing quality welding as per engineering drawings and ensuring safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding as per job requirements.
- Carry out fabrication and welding of MS and SS structures, frames, brackets, and machine components.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Perform cutting, grinding, fit-up, alignment, and finishing operations.
- Ensure weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and timely completion of jobs.
- Inspect welded components and rectify welding defects when required.
- Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in valuable working condition.




- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during all operations.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI in Welder trade or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on industrial fabrication and welding experience.
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Arc welding techniques.
- Ability to read basic fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of material handling, grinding, cutting, and fitting.
- Good attention to detail, discipline, and teamwork.
