Hiring: Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Experience: 5–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure Agentforce agents, topics, actions, instructions, and guardrails.
- Develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Data Cloud, APIs, and external systems.
- Design agent workflows, escalation paths, and human handoff processes.
- Implement prompt engineering, AI grounding, and responsible AI practices.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
- Perform unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
- Support deployment, production monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.




- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce / Salesforce AI.
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, configuration, and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI grounding, RAG, and AI guardrails.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
