Upkarak Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Operations Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in CRM file processing, ETL operations, data management, and file handling.

The candidate will be responsible for processing and managing client files, performing data validation and audits, monitoring ETL workflows, managing CRM data imports and exports, and troubleshooting data processing issues. Experience working with debt collection CRM systems will be a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage data operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Process, manage, and maintain client files associated with CRM systems and data operations.
- Handle file processing activities, including file uploads, downloads, transfers, formatting, and validation.
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations and monitor data ingestion, transformation, and export workflows.
- Manage CRM data imports and exports while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Conduct regular data audits and identify missing, duplicate, incorrect, or inconsistent records.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, automated workflows, and data processing tasks to ensure timely execution.
- Investigate and troubleshoot failed file processing, data transfer errors, and ETL-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of processed files, data discrepancies, errors, and resolutions.
- Ensure secure handling of client files and confidential information in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and minimize disruptions.
- Provide timely updates on processing status, errors,



and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Take ownership of daily operational activities and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data operations, CRM operations, ETL processes, file management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with file processing, file handling, and data management.
- Basic understanding of ETL processes, data ingestion, transformation, and exports.
- Experience managing CRM data, including importing, exporting, validating, and updating records.
- Good understanding of data quality checks and data validation procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and other data-handling tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage operational tasks during night shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with debt collection CRM systems is a big plus.
- Previous experience in debt collection operations, collections data processing, or collections-related CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM file processing, ETL workflows, and bulk data imports and exports.
- Experience monitoring scheduled jobs, automated tasks, and data processing pipelines.
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies, processing failures, and file transfer issues.

Salary, Shift and Work Details

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM EST.
- Shift Type: Night shift only.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
