Position Overview

Group Surya is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Channel Finance Manager to manage channel financing activities, strengthen financial relationships with dealers and distributors, and support business growth through effective credit management and financial solutions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with financial institutions, monitoring channel credit exposure, managing financing schemes, and ensuring smooth financial operations across the distribution network.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Channel Financing Management: Develop and implement financing solutions to support dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Financial Institution Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other lending institutions for channel finance facilities.
- Credit Assessment & Risk Management: Evaluate dealer and distributor creditworthiness, assess financial risks, and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- Dealer & Distributor Finance: Facilitate working capital support, inventory financing, and other financial products for channel partners.
- Credit Control & Outstanding Management: Monitor outstanding payments, overdue accounts, credit utilization, and repayment performance.
- Finance Scheme Development: Design and implement channel financing schemes in coordination with sales, finance, and business teams.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare reports on credit exposure, financing utilization, overdue payments, recovery, and channel finance performance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of channel finance activities.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, financial procedures,



and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Business Growth Support: Identify opportunities to expand channel financing coverage and improve dealer engagement, sales, and working capital efficiency.

Key Goals (KPIs)

- Expand Channel Finance: Increase the number of dealers and distributors covered under approved financing programs.
- Improve Credit & Recovery Management: Maintain healthy credit exposure, reduce overdue payments, and improve repayment discipline.
- Strengthen Financial Partnerships: Develop effective relationships with banks and NBFCs to improve financing accessibility and business growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance or a relevant professional qualification is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in channel finance, dealer finance, credit management, banking, or NBFC operations.
- Experience in dealer/distributor financing, working capital solutions, and credit risk assessment.
- Prior experience in channel-driven industries such as solar, electrical products, automotive, consumer durables, or distribution-based businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
