Tarkari.com is looking for motivated and responsible male and female candidates to join our Grocery App Management Team. The selected candidates will help manage daily grocery app operations, product listings, customer orders, and customer support.
This is an prospect to work with a growing online grocery business and gain practical experience in e-commerce and app management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Tarkari.com grocery app.
- Add, update, and maintain product listings, prices, and availability.
- Coordinate incoming customer orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Handle customer queries and provide support through calls or other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate product and order information.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Assist in improving customer experience and overall app management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 pass.
- Basic computer knowledge and literacy are mandatory.
- Ability to use computers, enter data, and manage product information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000.
