We required HR & Admin Executive for our Unit

Experience : 1+ years in HR with Spine payroll software is must in any manufacturing company , TEMPsu payroll software knowledge must

Immediate Joiners Only

Qualification : MBA HR

Ø Attendance & Leave management system:

· Daily attendance and leave records of Nano,CRGO,Copper, Radiator division

· Update Attendance records, employee master, overtime of staff, workers in manual sheet and spine software

· Overall timekeeping for all divisions

Ø Manpower & Reports

· Prepare day-to-day manpower report - Spine and manual

· Coordinate day-to-day manpower arrangements with seniors

· punch day to day over time memo





Ø Payroll & Statutory Compliance

· Employee payment master creation

· Process of salary in spine, and cross check it with manual salary

· Prepare PF data file for the unit 3

· Assisting in the maintain and update legal registers as per compliance

Ø Contractors workers Attendance & bills , Registers :

· Arrangements of helpers and their accommodation

· Contractor attendance monitoring and in/out time tracking for CRGO divisions

· Canteen bill, Contractors, bill processing

Ø Updatation of CRGO registers for factory act of wages, overtime, payment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
